Hello I recently restored my computer about 3 weeks ago and the computer ran excellent worked like it was brand new I have dsl and when i was on the internet it was plenty fast and then just like that it takes forever to watch videos even loading pages takes quite awhile and just a couple weeks ago it was very fast just like that it changed I used system restore back to the earliest point and it did not help I also ran avg free it removed a couple spywares and also ran cc cleaner and they both removed a couple files and did not really change the computer at all my internet speed is the same as before what is wrong any ideas or suggestions any help is appreciated thanks

Go to Start -> Run - Type “MSCONFIG” - you will see a tab call start ups -> Search for QTTASK - if you see that - Uncheck - Click on Apply and Close
You will be prompted to restart your computer - Go ahead
When the system starts - you will get a pop up
“Uncheck” - Dont show this
You are good to go
