On my second computer i think i have a spyware problem, well i know i do. when i start my computer i have two command promptes running sytem 32/netsh.exe. when i open task manager the service.exe is running at 98 to 100 cpu usage. Every few times the computer loads the desktop, and i can look around the computer open folders but i can not run any programs because the 100 cpu usage. i can not run any spybot remover or avg. has any one seen this before and what did you do to fix it.
You know for a second i thought that would work too, but the cpu usage in safe mode is still 100%.
i am still looking for a fix instead of rebooting and installing the system again.

Download Spybot, Search and Destroy, then open your computer in Safe Mode and run the S&D program..
