When i log in, i have to wait about 15 minutes t do something, and about 20 minutes until it gets faster.
At first everything isn't responding and freezing and this happens often. but sometimes i wait, and its not as slow. (but the waiting time is rediculous.)
I'm pretty sure my computer has enough memory. I ran Multiple scans of RegCure and still no success.
Is this a virus? Should i worry? What should i do?

You need to show us your computer's specifications. Right click on My Computer and hit Properties. They should be listed right there.

if it isnt a virus, than u better check the memory. Right-click on My Computer>Properties. if the software cant solve the problem than it is the hardware.
Now before you take out the memory, check the prices and compatibility of other memory that matches your computer. You can get local smarts about what you can get while saving time, GAS, ans $$. Hop online and check the compatibility of your computer with memory, then see if you have to either pre order-it, custom order it, or if you can buy it in the store. Researching and Google is your Friend.

COULD be a virus, could be a trojan,……do you have an antivirus running and updated (only ONE)?,
do you have a firewall running?—very important!
do you have a spyware running?
oh, btw way not norton please!, and not the windows programs that promise to protect your pc.
