Computer wont let me open any attachments? I just dowloaded McAfee into it.?

My computer wont let me open powerpoint from school websites or open any attachments from emails. It just started happening after I downloaded McAfee into it. I tried looking for something on the program, but didnt have much help! Please help!

      Try again,, when you get that window from mcafee, click allow ,,if you trust it.
