My PC is running really slow here are the symptons; slow or no internet connection, freezing, its mainly my internet connection i need some help it is running super slow and i'm supposed to have a "high speed connection" i have defragmented, ran virus scans, deleted cookies, i think i uploaded some video's that had viruses (from frostwire) but i have deleted them but i need some help to figure out whats going on. i want to be able to fix this prob w/out having to restore my comp w/system recovery! thanks!!! and im having pop-ups!

Sounds like spyware or adware. Get ad-aware and spybot to delete, which are free, or a pay spyware removal tool.

You need to clean out your tubes. Dump a quart or so of bleach into your computer.

Try cleaning your registry/other files with ccleaner, simply go to ccleaner.com and download the FREE cleaner, i use it and it works like a charm, it will delete not-needed stuff in memory and free up space on your computer. also download eusing free registry cleaner, to get everything ccleaner could have missed, these will make your computer preform much better.

Try reinstalling you internet connection software, reinstall you router/modem.

As a start i recommend that you download Firefox as a browser instead of your explorer (if you use explorer)….. it is Much safer.

After you downloaded Firefox i would recommend that you download the programs, update them, run a FULL scan (one program at a time) and delete the infections…
start with Ccleaner (no need to update)

delete everything the program finds…
This will take alot of crap from your computer and will make the next scans much faster.
