Could Kaspersky be causing this?

I posted a question earlier about my computer not reading my camera w/ the cable & the SD card alone. I just recently installed Kaspersky, could that be causing the problem? I am not sure how to change the settings to allow it if that is the problem. I have used C Cleaner, anything else I can do?
*I do have the software that the camera came with but that wont work either!
