please help i am currently using a linux live cd as others are using my home computer and have been using air-crack on that file but it is frustrating if the live cd fails because i lose all data so i thought id use air-crack for windows but i found i need to create my own dll to link my wireless card to airodump i dont need step by step instructions just a point in the right direction or a link to a page with some info thanks in advance Paul x

To write a dll you have to know programming and a programming language in which to write it. (Programming and a language aren't the same thing.) To write a dll for a wireless card, you have to understand wireless technology, and how the hardware on the card works. So I guess the direction you should head is a 4 year engineering college.
Or just install Linux on your computer and you won't lose your work. (You can install Ubuntu as a file in Windows.)
