Hi there, after I Defragment Disk ,I felt that my computer become slower, but not faster. Normally I open Mozilla Firefox for the first time it need about 4 sec, but now it is 10sec ++ the browser only comes out. Then I close it and restart again. The Browser also need to wait very long time only can load out. Is this Defragment Problem or Registry Problem? I already scan with Anti Virus and Spyware, but after restart computer still the same result.

You can try to just do some basic cleanup on your machine. Check out a program called CleanUP. Also you can try Eusing registry cleaner, there both free.

a defrag shouldn't make your system slower unless maybe your disk is failing. your registry does become full over time, but a defrag should'nt mess with that much… reinstall firefox. but if your concerned about your registry, back up everything important and reinstall your operating system for a fresh start.

Problems with defragmentation typically occur when the computer has been started in Normal Mode.
You need to boot the PC in safe mode, which will only load the bare essentials, and then perform the defragmentation.
For information on how to boot your computer in safe mode, go to http://support.microsoft.com/search/
and search for Safe Mode to find the instructions for your version of the operating system.

Firefox checks for updates before it starts up. You may have added an add-on that takes a long time to respond to queries. A slow program startup does not necessarily imply a system problem.

did you let the defrag complete or did you stop it halfway through if you stopped it halfway through that's your problem when a computer is defragging the defrag program moves files around before it can place them in order so things bet worse before they get better, if you did stop it halfway through it could be very fragmented also make sure you have at least 15% of hard disk space left before you start defragging as the defrag program will need to space to store file temporarily.
one thing for certain is it isn't a registry problem with the slow running but a registry with a lot of invalid entries can cause a real slow down you can download a free registry cleaner called Ccleaner for free from here http://www.ccleaner.com/ it will also delete temporary files that have got left over freeing up disk space
