Ok i know it sounds wierd that i want to delete it.but i already have protection! and it is so freaking annoying!! it is slowing my computer down by doing annoying scans and all of these pop ups!! about alerts! my computer was fine until my stupid brother downloaded this!!

we need to know what spyware protection program.If you are talking about antivirus2008 or 2009 it is not a spyware protection program it IS a bundle of spyware ,fraudware ,and trojan downloader.i addressed this in the forum here>http://suggestions.yahoo.com/detail/?prop=answers&fid=105874

If it is Antivirus XP 2008, don’t blame your brother for downloading it. It is a parasite that could have gotton on your computer when you were just doing a normal search. I have had it in the past and it took our “Computer Geek” (as he affectionately calls himself), three hours to get rid of it. I now have it again, and am working on getting rid of it on my own….I will keep you posted.
