Dell Inspiron Laptop hibernates when I close the monitor and never comes up?

July 24th, 2008 · 1 Comment

I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 notebook. Whenever I close it(without shutting down) when I open it, it will never come up I need to hit the power button and shut it down and restart it.
I did look into all settings and no help. Any thoughts?

You can double check the power management settings on the hibernation mode. Be sure it goes into hibernation and not to SUSPENSION mode.

Otherwise my friend you will have to do a system restoral , get some help from dell at
