but mcafee security center is fully working on computer. Then why? mcafee security center has antivirus, firewall, antispyware etc etc

Yep. I have McAfee Security Center as well. It works great. Firefox is one of the safest browsers there is. Not sure why it won't pass the test.

That test is pretty bogus. Just a bunch of scare tactics to get you to buy some software.
The stuff that PCFlank tests for are beyond the scope of any security suite or anti-virus, not just McAfee.
For example, of course your IP address is visible…without it a website would not know where to send it's information.
Every browser allows cookies by default, without cookies web-surfing is a real PITA, you will be constantly signing-in to everything.
A referer is no big deal, do you really care if yahoo.com knows you got to their site by searching on Google, etc.
No big deal here.
