Well I don't have verizon, but I have Att yahoo and it came with free Norton. I downloaded it and everything went to crap. My computer started working really slow and I was about to go crazy. I tried to remove the program but it wouldn't let me. I had to re-format my computer. The Norton file had a virus. Nice HUH? My suggestion would be to never download stuff off the net even if it is from your server. Go buy your own at Circuit City or Best Buys. Trust me it isn't worth it.
