i accidentally downloaded it. and when i tried to uninstall it, i clicked “start”, found it under “all programs” and right clicked it. after doing so, the options were “open antivirus 2009″ and “uninstall antivirus 2009″. i clicked “uninstall antivirus 2009″ and all it did was dissapear from my desktop, start bar, and icons. and a little window popped up that read:
“antivirus2009 successfully uninstalled”.
and all this just took 2 seconds.
does this mean i really uninstalled it? or is this another one of their tricks?
