After several frustrating hours dealing with customer service reps in India and the Philippines over being billed twice to install Norton Anti Virus on my computer, I was told that I could speak to someone in the U.S. because of my difficulty understanding what was being told to me. I was shocked to find out that yes, customer service is available in the U.S. and it's called "Premium Customer Service" and for $69 I would be connected to them. I called Symantec's Corporate headquarters in Cupertino, California to verify this information and to my disappointment it was true. Does anyone else find this morally wrong???
