i have:
"Error. There is a problem with this Windows Installer
package. A DLL required for this install to complete
could not be run. Contact your support personnel or
package vendor."
i tried to install the activesync for my black jack II phone what can i do to fix this?

you must get a copy of that DLL at all costs for this to work.
so do you know what its file name is - if so you can do an internet search for it.
else
download a new software package for whatever it is your tryingto do. just goto thier website and look in their downloads tab.

uninstall, reboot pc, reinstall.. and get a fresh installer from their website =)
