Do I have a Trojan virus and can I remove it for free?

September 19th, 2008 · 6 Comments

About a week ago I was playing around on the net surfing and a warning popped up on my computer and the page I was surfing on went to a spyware site. It said I had a Trojan Virus. It gave me options to remove it but nothing worked. I then did my scans with my spyware i have. I have Mcafee and AVG on my computer now. I ran the scans with both and it found nothing. I also have windows defender on my computer. Well tonight my fiance was using the net and another warning popped up but with different page and it to gave me options to remove through some window vista thing (i have vista on my computer) but when i try to take the problems out of my computer it says that it can’t be done. I have went to a few free sites and did the free scan and i found nothing. Now my computer is running slow, as i type it shows nothing and then it all comes as once. It has been running slow for a few days now. So what do i do now? Do i have a trojan virus and can is there a free spyware removal program i can get. Please help…I don’t know a lot about computers.
You know I don't understand why people have to be so rude all the time. I am not being cheap but if i can get something for free somewhere why not ask……glad you like to spend money when you might not have to. I'm sorry but I have to put gas in my car and food in my mouth. If you going to be rude i don't need you answers. It makes me not even want to be here my GOD!!!!

Your system is not Infected by Trojan Horse, It is a fake message..
Some sites automatically scan you system(it is fake) and will show a message that your system is infected . It is fake message to download their antivirus or anti spyware Some time the represent site might be a palace of virus. Do not Download or buy any software from that site.
You have AVG and Mcafee , both are very good antivirus and anti-spywares, Do a thorough scan if u want. Download AVG 8 If you want more security. this problem was also happened to me 2 weeks later, Sure that is a fake message
