I was browsing web in my laptop. For some reason my Internet security software was turned off. Suddenly something came in and scanned my computer and it always says that it found 420 viruses and need to be removed. And to remove I need to purchase it. So I scanned my computer using my actuall antivirus sofware, NO THREATS FOUND!! Wow! what is that ( Antivirus XP 2008). I am unable to uninstall that Software. When I Uninstall it, computer says successfully uninstalled but its still there..What is this?? Please Help!!! Do I have to reboot my computer? Or do I have to restore? If so please advise.

Antivirus XP 2008 is fake. The first result from Google is this page from BleepingComputer.com:

You can follow the instructions there.

OK it is fake so do this install Avast anti virus, it's free for home users (and better than norton or Mcafee). have it do a boot time scan, which should find the bad anti virus, and delete it. if that doesn't work install AML free registry cleaner(also good for cleaning up your PC). and use Their uninstall manager. best of luck.
