they have a firewall no antivirus

      the firewall isn’t very good

      to access

      1. Pull down the Apple icon in the top left corner of your Desktop
      2. Select System Preferences from the menu.
      3. Under the category Internet & Network click on the Sharing icon.
      4. Make sure the Firewall tab is selected.
      5. Click the Start button to enable the built-in firewall in your operating system.

      if you want AV software

lime wire and frostwire are the same thing so I wouldent worry about the safty factor its not the program is what you download. and macs are not likley going to get a virus so your safe there to. im not to sure about the firewall

All Macs running MacOs X have a built in firewall. You may have to enable it if it is turned off.
There are no released MacOs X viruses. You will probably get a couple of the Windows viruses if you download from Limewire etc. But the viruses do not affect Macs, you could though pass them on to Windows users.
