or don't say systamatic or wat ever that is please just list the names and it has to combat addware,malware,spyware and all other wares and if it could use up little resources like nod that would be great thanks alot

I have used most of them, Nod32, Mcaffee, Norton's AVG, Avira, and I haven't found anything better than Kaspersky.
The top rated Antivirus/Spyware suite by those who test antivirus programs (av-comparitives, virus.gr, etc) is Kaspersky

I have had great success with Spy Bot — Search and Destroy.

Norton has certainly made a name for it's self, but personally I use Avast and BitDefender Anti virus software.
I recently had a client with an infected laptop and BitDefender was the only package that worked out all of the problems.
I don't see on there site where they specifically identify their product as a defense for malware, but know that the issue I had was identified as one.
