I have the new Cox Security Suite Powered by McAfee and i dont think its working the best because its not able to remove some of the stuff it finds and sometimes doesnt even pick up a decent amount of viruses/malware. I was thinking of switching to ZoneAlarm Internet Security 2008 and i just want some feedback. Help Please!!!!!!!!

All I know is I relied upon the same thing for 3 weeks and ended up with 16 infections and it supposedly can’t remove 2 of them that is a well known Trojan that everyone, including Mcafee knows about yet my computer now has it!!

I used the CA product supplied by ATT for 2 or 3 yrs. I never had a problem with install, use, or effectiveness. The McAfee product took 6 hours, many problems, calls, and a lot of frustration to install. It is difficult to use, totally non-intuitive, very poor menus, constantly interrupts my work, frequently brings my coputer to a crawl, and provides no help when it finds something.
It may be great in the guts of the code, but to the user, it is perhaps the poorest piece of software I have ever used in 15 years with this stuff.
