Here is the deal. This is a great feature, however, when someone uses this feature to constantly break into the administrator account and change user status from limited to admin.
This is for windows xp pro.
The password reset disk is what I am referring to on the logon screen.

Right click on “My computer” go to “Manage”. Click on “Local users/groups->Users”, find the account in question, right-click and go to properties. Set the password not to expire.
