Hi.
I have had had my share of virus infections! If anything good came out of it.. it is that now, I know how to get rid of them (most of the time)
Sometimes you can get rid of the infections without taking drastic actions. First I recommend trying this.
1. Turn off your computer, Reboot
2. When you see the computer logo screen (Dell, gateway…) hit F8 several times.
3. Select “SAFE MODE”
4. When your logged in, open system restore and attempt to restore to an earlier time.
ALSO. You can do an online scan for free on many websites and if it finds a problem it will try to delete it. I recommend Trend Micro HOUSECALL.
★ WEBSITE = http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
However, more times than not infections make it literally impossible to delete them. If this is the case you will need to reformat your computer and reinstall windows. If you are not sure how to do
this you can visit these sites which have tutorials to show you how.

★ XP = http://www.buildeasypc.com/sw/windows_xp.htm
** of course this will delete all files, and documents so if you can .. try to back them up before continuing.
When you get back to normal, make it your first priority to get a decent security program. If you want some recommendations, let me know.
★ Good Luck. I hope my answer was helpful. If you need anymore help or have anymore questions feel free to EMAIL me. You can do so by clicking “Email Eric” on my profile page.
