i know avg 8 and paid are different meaning in avg 8 scanning rootkits, firewall, scheduled scan are missing but i have windows firewall, a separate antirootkit and full scan software dont u think the company fools to switch to the paid version
forget about support thats not required

I think the only difference is that you get support with the paid version. You have someone to call and help you out when you need it. Sometimes that is nice.

well i dont giva sh it, to be honest 1 hour ago ive just deleted AVG lol because it didnt delete my virusus so i downloaded Antivir PE , and it deleted them well and good. hehe

AVG 8 Free has less features, but it has the important features installed. Yeah, I guessed AVG Anti-Virus (Paid version) and AVG Internet Suite are better AVG soft wares. They comprise better features, functions and keep you computer totally safe.
People recommend others to use Avast, it’s a powerful Anti-Virus software, yet it has a similar detection rate as AVG. Though I had problems with Avast, it still works. It slowed down my PC while connecting to the internet.
AVG 8 is useful, and yeah, support’s not required.
If you want paid version, probably Kaspersky but not so much on Norton. It slows your PC down, seriously.
