What’s the point in pirating a crappy Os then?

    • 2 teddies // Oct 1, 2008

i sincerely hope you get caught out - it would provide me with momentary humour. but that’s not the point.

i guess it comes down to your sense of morals. what you’re doing is effectively theft. if you don’t feel bad about that - carry on. if it’s playing on your conscience - that’s when there’s a problem.

Hi, it isn’t more safe than the original one cause the person who cracked the OS or te software could have modified it to keep control of your machine or may have damaged system files.

If u want a free OS then try linux, I suggest openSUSE

the point is to have respect for the producers and to support microsoft to do better jobs than this.

i think it all comes down to your conscience at the end of the day, apparently for every licensed piece of software around there are 5 unlicensed, if everyone who knew how to get, install pirated software chose to it would push that up to almost 50 to 1, this would make it very hard for manufacturers to make profits, which would then mean software costs would increase even more, so for everyones benefit its better to purchase to help keep prices down.

I agree that pirated OS works fine like Genuine. But, you need to use genuine because the OS maker has put so much effort and time on it and you are shamelessly(don’t mind) using the pirated version.
Atleast try to use free softwares..

If you like you can get extended trial (90) of Norton now in the below link..Just grab it..

Yes, features wise it should be the same as the original one.

      There’s only one caveat though….

…. How are you sure that Windows isn’t compromised in any way? Why knows maybe it’s got a keylogger itself?

Sometimes You can get problems, I don’t think pirated software is as good as the original, expecily modified cracked versions. Why do you need windows any way? It’s alright but a better quality OS would be Ubuntu(Best Linux destro). Pulse its free(wired…), so you don’t have to use an illegal and inferior OS. Definitely try Ubuntu out. And get wine, so you can run most of you Windows software on Ubuntu!
      ;)
