DUAL MONITOR HELP! 8800GTS + 2 DELL LCD's?

I have an GeForce 8800GTS(Obviously capable of running dual monitors) and I have two identical DELL 19" LCD Widescreen Model SE198WFP monitors.

I have them both setup and working, pretty much what I want, except for I play FPS games such as Counter-Strike and Call of Duty 4. I have my IE, and chat programs on my secondary montior, and I want to beable to play my games on my primary monitor.

Whenever I open a game on my primary monitor, it kicks my secondary monitor into stand-by mode, and I cannot see windows, IE, Chat, or anything.. Please help??

I want to beable to play games on the primary and surf the web on the secondary monitor….
