Hi!
I use Mac The Ripper 2.6.6 to rip my dvds. Then i use DVD2ONE to compress them to about 4.3 GB to fit on any normal dvd. I have 2 questions here:
1–> Instead of using DVD2ONE to compress it, can i just burn the ripped copy on a dual-layer dvd? My dvd drive info states:
CD-Write: -R, -RW
DVD-Write: -R, -RW, +R, +RW, +R DL
So can i burn a dual-layer dvd on my dvd drive? Is it a good idea? Or should i stick to normal dvds?
2–> Which dvd burning program is the best? I have heard a lot about Roxio Toast 9 Titanium. But it’s damn expensive? Is it worth that much money? Are there any free or cheaper yet good alternatives?
Please answer all the questions.

umm do you have tiger leopard what do you have if you have leopard just use idvd im not sure if any earlier versions of osx have idvd but they probably do

I’m sorry that I have never tried DVD2ONE.
