dvd shrink error?

when i burn a dvd an error comes up on the program i use (dvd shrink 3.2) it reads after i backup the disc (dvd - video files reallocation failed).

It burns the disc with no problem what so ever, i try burning other discs but the same message comes up. How can this problem be fixed so i can copy these movies onto blank discs.
I also use anydvd with this program.

Will a DVD backup work if I copy it by dumping it as an ISO and then burning the ISO to a blank DVD?
