error 1304.error writing to file c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP8\Bases\neurald.avz. Verify that you have access to that folder

i'm installing Kaspersky anti virus, however this messages pop-up on my screen, rollback my installation. any one can help please.
