Go to Start > find Run, type in msconfig ,go to startup items and disable that file from running then reboot

Seems like your Windows files are corrupt. You have three options.

Do a system restore to restore your laptop to previous conditions.

Reformat your computer to restore everything back to defaults.

Or just ignore it, if everything else is working properly.

A program didn’t clean up after itself. Vista thinks there is still temp data that a program is using, because the program didn’t tell Vista it was done with it. xD

Nothing should be repeatedly trying to start from the temp folder. Don’t disable it, try to find the problem.

Run an manual scan with your anti-virus program. If you need one, go here: Avira AntiVir Personal - Free Antivirus
