your computer is trying to start an application on start up. You want to go to
      start
      run
      msconfig

Take a look at what is set to start on boot. Uncheck some items that you do not need to start at boot. Remember just because you take the check box out does NOT mean you get rid of any of these programs, it just means you don't want windows to start it at the same time your machine boots.

Keep doing that, until you find the application that is causing the problem. From looking at the exception codes it leads me first to IE, but I am not positive, that is why you will have to deduce it.
