My network connection is bsnl broadband(250 Home plan).But nowadays it always shows error.After each 20 seconds it shows error.And if I click the ‘dont send’ or ’send error report’ tab in it then the webpage gets closed.So what should I do?
The error message is given below…
“Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something,the information you were working on might be lost.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

I was having a similar problem in IE until I disabled “Shockwave Flash Object”…it was apparently supporting little tiny advertisement videos that weren’t well written and then it would fail, causing IE to fail.
To disable, in IE, click on Tools, then choose Manage Add Ons, then find Shockwave Flash Object and click on it once. Select Disable, and OK your choice.
You may need to change what’s displayed in the “Show” bar at the top in order to find SFO.
