Error message loading hddfdcay.dll?

every time i boot I get this rundll message. (C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\hddfdcay.dll) can not even find path help

      you may have to restore to an earlier time when your computer was fine or call your computer maker and see if technical help by phone or online can help … if you have the installation disk rerun it…
