Error messages on computer?

October 1st, 2008 · 1 Comment

This message keeps showing up each time I turn on my computer:
C:\PROGRA=1\MYWEBS=1\bar\2.bin.M#PLUGIN.DLL
What does this mean? How do I fix IT?
Below the message reads:
The specified module could not be found.
