Alright. I got a new computer from my dad, a Dell Inspiron 530. Pretty soon after my mother and I start to use it, it randomly will restart itself. Sometime after that, while I'm playing a game such as Oblivion or the Sims 2, the screen goes blue and talks of an error with the Win32k. Then, the wireless internet goes out. We've had my cousin come over and fix the net multiple times, but eventually, it goes out again. We forsake the computer for a short time. I get back on and try playing the Sims 2. After it starts to load, it restarts itself. I try it again, and I'm able to play. After a while, it will go to the blue error screen, but this time it's not Win32k, it's ati3duag.dll.
Is there anything I can do to fix it? I can't get on the internet on the computer in question, but there's another, the one that I'm on now, that can. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
