Eset Nod32 antivirus not updating to latest release(3.0.672)?

I am using Nod32 3.0.621 full version .Every time when i connect to the internet Virus Signature gets updated but Nod32 is not getting updated to the latest release(3.0.667 or 3.0.672)?
Should i do it manually?
