i have tryed to uninstall it then reinstal it tryed a later version and delete my cookies and run a virus scan on line and my spybot and ad-aware plus avg it only comes up when i open windows live messenger its driving me nuts can any1 help me get rid of this problem

That's very peculiar, tracking cookies shouldn't be classified as viruses. All they basically are is parcels of text sent by a server to a web client. They are no where near as destructive as malicious software such as viruses and spyware. Some web browsers actually give you the option of deleting cookies.
