i have tries all this suggestions

but still avast cant delete this virus named something as system volume and avast say its malware and member of nrgc family and it could not delete it as it has no power
pls help how to get rid of it

If it is located in the System Volume Information folder, that means that the malware is located in the System Restore Files.
Many anti-virus products cannot remove viruses from system restore thus the reason for clearing out possible infected points. For reference to this, see the link below:

There are several ways to disable system restore but, for XP, the easiest is to go to Control Panel, System, System Restore tab and tick the box to "Turn off system restore on all drives", click Apply, click OK and reboot. Follow the same steps when you log back on to re-enable system restore by removing the tickmark.

malwarebytes antimalware is free run it
than superantispyware
than a-squared free
it will remove from system restore if u turn it off
scan than reboot an reset the restore point
