Well, my explorer.exe was corrupted a few days ago because I kept getting windows explorer errors in both safe and normal mode when opening files occasionally(often). So, I ran the recovery console, but the only date availible was the day before i ran it. Well, it kind of worked. I also ran Spybot SD and got rid of the minor trojans( the only thing it detected). Now, my explorer.exe file doesn't crash, but sometimes fails to open when I log in, so i do it manually in Task Manager, but after that no crashing and safe mode works 100% no crash even when I login. Another problem I faced after Recovery Console is I can barely view any website especially search engines like yahoo unless in safe mode( it's not server congestion). Finally, when I log in my account, 2 .dlls say they can't open (kytnumej.dll and tkbporli.dll). I searched for them on yahoo, but nothing came up. I deleted some cookies from my web browsers in Spybot, but then deleted spybot. I've also run Norton and others
Note: When I try accessing web sites that I can't access, i don't get Can't display page, the progress bar only gets maybe halfway full if any, but it gets stuck.
I've already downloaded ff 3.0. It worked fine one time, but then after restarting, acts the same as it did before

Can you still access sites?
If so, try downloading and installing Modzilla Firefox 3.0 (the lastest stable version) at url: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
This should run completely independent of Internet explorer. If the browser still does not load, I would recommend a full virus, trojan, and spyware scan. I would also recommend double checking that your internet is on (if you work with a router or modem).
If the above doesn't work, update your computer and hope for the best.
