external hard drive data encryption

i wanted my files to be protected so that everytime i plug into my external hard drive it will prompt for a password

does any of these hard drives have data encryption?
1. My Book Essential Edition 2.0 WDH1U5000 - hard drive - 500 GB - Hi-Speed USB
2. maxtor one touch 4

if none of these have can anyone recommend any 500gb hard drive with data encryption that is less than $130
