fallout 3 xlive.dll problem!!?

i recently bought fallout 3 and when i start the game, it says xlive.dll not found. i downloaded it from www.dll-files.com and it says that it isnt a valid windows image. can anyone give me a link to download the dll file???

      go here:

      download and run the exe. it disables Fallout 3's dependency on windows live.
