False Trojan Help in McAfee?

I Just did a Full Virus Scan and McAfee thinks the Uninstaller for Game Maker 7 is a Trojan. Every Time i restore the file McAfee Quarantines it again. Can anybody help me put this file on a Trust List.

Yes, get rid of Mcaffe , its not as secure as most of the other FREE antiviruses such as NOD32 or AVG.
