windows media player 11 stopped working. everytime i try to open it gives this error .i also tried to reload but that also failed need help thank you

      delete the windows media player folder then reload it ,

      I wouldn’t know where to save it to, but you can download another .dll file of the internet for free. just google it. or go to the microsoft site and download another media player.
