Firefox and Vista service pack 1 HELP-Bad request error?

I installed vista service pack 1 and now I can't get to a lot of websites in my firefox browser. I get "Bad Request Error" or "your browser sent a request that the server could not understand". I can get to these websites fine using IE. This happened right after I installed service pack 1. How can I fix this with out uninstalling the service pack? Please help!
