Firefox is being stupid. Please help T_T?

So, about a month ago my firefox started being stupid. Fonts aren't the default, they just change all willy-nilly to whatever font it wants to. >.<
And now, it won't let me save anything from the internet. I go to save images and the download window doesn't come up and nothing gets saved. I manually opened it through the tools tab and still, nothing. It happens for everything I go to save.
I checked out the properties and even went to control panel and tried to fix it there, nothing I did fixed it.

I can deal with the font thing. I just deleted all of my hard-to-read fonts. But the inability to save things is killing me right now. x_x

Any advice would be AMAZING!
