A:I¡¯m having the same problem. Loaded AVG 8.0 and cannot figure out how to configure the AVG firewall to let me cross-mount drives on my desktop and laptop. I¡¯ve done all the things that would seem reasonable, but to no avail. I finally disabled the AVG firewall and turned on Windows Firewall as a temporary solution. I sent email to AVG tech support about a week ago, but have had no reply. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Firewall!!!!!!!?I just got mine to work again after MONTHS, it was a Linksys router setting, I went to 192.168.1.1/Filters.asp like the guy above suggested, I didn¡¯t see anything about UpNP but I noticed that under the Access Restrictions tab, the box for Blocked Services was checked for ¡°All services,¡± I unchecked it and the brick wall disappeared. Now to see if I get a virus ¡
