I went to look for the file in system32, but its not there. When I load anti-virus programs (ie Malwarebytes and Hijackthis) It loads/scans for about 3-5 seconds then it closes out and gets uninstalled. I successfully re-enabled system restore, but all my restore points were gone. :/ is there any registry keys i should remove or files i should delete? Help me please. :/
I am already in safe mode and its still on here? :/
I REPEAT: I am already in safe mode. The spyware/malware is still working, even in safe mode. Btw, I tried renaming it but it didn’t work :/

“Can’t install or run Malwarebytes?”
Try renaming the mbam-setup.exe if installation fails.
Try renaming the mbam.exe if the program installs but doesn’t run.
Try starting in Safe-mode with Networking if program fails to install, run, or update. (Hit F8 key repeatedly when computer is starting after a reboot.)

Try changing the name of the malwarebytes (mbam.exe) or hijackthis (hjt.exe) to something else to throw off whatever you have on your machine. Just make sure to keep the .exe part so Windows knows the file is an executable file.
Second thought: try running your anti-malware stuff in Safe Mode With Networking. That sometimes keeps malware from protecting itself.
To get into Safe Mode with Networking:
1.Log out and reboot your machine.
2.When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.
3.Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.
4.Login. If the malware has changed your password, try logging in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.
5.The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.
6.When you’re finished doing what you need to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode.
Good luck.
