I keep getting all these pop ups. It keeps saying I have spyware. When I click on it, it keeps pulling the same site up. My whole system is messed up. It is running very slow. Pop ups for all kinds of companys. It is not pulling the sites up I want. What I am wondering is if anyone can tell me if there is a good free download of spyware and adware removers? Please help.

Yes - your machine is infected with spyware. I reccommend Spybot and Adaware to rid your PC of spyware.
No single program can detect and eradicate all spyware which is why I recommend using Ad-aware and Spybot (they are free and the best). Other great free anti-spyware programs would be AVG Anti-spyware (formally Ewido) and Super Anti-spyware.
Webroot Spy Sweeper is the best, but it's not free (see the Consumer Search source for reviews of the best anti-spyware programs).
Running these programs in Safe Mode (tap F8 after powering on the computer and choose to boot to Safe Mode) can be more effective.

Yes you have a harmless Spyware called Smitfraud , it's very annoying but I strongly recomend you download SUPERantispyware (TOP 10 FREE ANTI SPYWARE) download the free edition http://superantispyware.com
Superantispyware also scans your registry,files.. and also detects Viruses,Trojans,Worms,SUPER spywares..
Remember to update your antispyware and get Mozilla Firefox for better protection in the future http://www.mozilla.org

You want one of the best to get rid of your spyware? SuperAntiSpyware. Download this and run a full scan, but don't be in a hurry. Let it run until it finds all of your problems.
Then, delete everything it has found! Update it weekly and run it once a week and you'll keep this problem under control!

it does seem to be spyware/ malware, try restarting in safe mode, scan with any spyware remover like ad-aware, then scan for viruses with avg or others,

empty temp folder,
