Free Kaspersky license that isn’t mine!?

I am at a public computer right now and it has Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 and it has a commercial for 3 computers. If I were to take the license home and use it, would that be stealing? It has 120 days left on it. Also, the license is only being used for this computer.
