Frost or Limewire + Kaspersky Anti-Virus?

Ive wanted to download limewire for a long time. The only thing that stops me is the the threat of a virus coming from it. Now I have Kaspersky Anti Virus 09, will the chances of me getting a virus from now be alot lower?
