You probably have ad-ware installed on your computer. Try Ad-aware to get rid of adware.
Other than this, what you may be seeing are regular pop-ups. These can be avoided very easily. Toolbars from Google and Yahoo already have pop-up blockers built in.
Other than this, your computer seems to be fine. Some of the programs in your scan are legitimate Windows processes that are running. These are no cause for alarm.

You DON'T HAVE A VIRUS! YOU JUST HAVE ONE SPYWARE THAT ADVERTISES OTHER ANTI VIRUS FOR SCAMS!
Destroy that SmitFRAUD!!!!

Unfortunately I am having the same problem!! My Anti-spyware is detecting 123 mania, direct revenue, and 180 solutions among others, but efforts to delete them are VERY short-lived. Would appreciate any assistance anyone can offer!

Hello Johan,
This is not good. This is a sign of spyware infection. It more than likely means that a spyware program has changed a value in your registry.
A couple months back, I had a very nasty spyware infection. It completely screwed my computer up, and I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer.
I tried a couple of free spyware removal programs, but they could never fully delete all of my spyware from my computer.
They also could not fix the errors in my registry.
It seems like you have a similar problem.
It wasn't until I found a website in google that allowed me to scan my computer for free, and then decide if I wanted to delete it or not. Of course I did, and I haven't looked back since.
The program I use is AdwareAlert, and it has kept my computer spyware free for a couple of months now, it also has an optional registry cleaner (which is probably what you need).
You can find the website below.
